Q. Can I send my own jersey in to you to get it framed?
A. Absolutely! Place your order online and then mail your item to the address below.

Q. How long does it take to be framed?
A. Please allow 4-5 weeks for framing, but we usually get them out quicker (except at Christmas we recommend that you get your jerseys framed early because we are very busy at Christmas time).

Q. Why are your prices so much better than everyone else?
A. We have an in house operation with very low overhead because we don't have a retail store. We believe in giving our customers great pricing with excellent service so you will buy from us for life!

Q. Is it safe to send my jersey to you in the mail?
A. We have been framing jerseys from around the world for almost 10 years now so we know how to take care of your memorabilia. We recommend that you send your jersey to us via Fedex or UPS with insurance so it can easily be tracked.

Q. Are the pins and pictures included in the price?
A. Yes, we add those at no extra charge (DELUXE & DELUXE WITH 8X10). However if you have your own items we can use those instead. We can even take your items (like ticket stubs, pins, etc) and customize the layout for only $50 more. We can frame your jersey faster if you have your own items. Sometimes there is a delay in getting certain pins, pictures, etc.

Q. Is this better quality than I would get at a retail frame shop like Aaron Brothers?
A. You will get the same or better quality. We specialize in framing jerseys and most commercial framers specialize in art and pictures. We know how to pin and display jerseys so they look right. We have framed personal items for Dennis Rodman, Kobe Bryant and several other celebrities for their homes and offices, so we know how to do it right.

Q. Will my jersey look exactly like the one pictured above?
No. Each jersey is different and since we have no idea what size your jersey is, it is hard to say. We will use the same professional techniques on your jersey as we did on the ones listed above.

Q. What are the dimensions of the frames?
Deluxe is 40X32, Standard w 8X10 and Standard is 32X40

Q. Should I send my COA with my jersey?
Only if you would like it included inside the frame. We can customize our deluxe version for an extra $50 and can put your COA and whatever else you have in the frame. If you do not choose this option, please don't send your COA because we are just going to tape it to the back of the frame -- there is no reason for us to have anything of yours unless we are putting it inside the frame.

Q. Is there anyone else on the Internet who would do a better job framing my jersey?
